Linkin Park - New Divide (Transformers 2: Revenge of the fallen soundtrack)
Linkin Park – “New Divide”
I remembered black skies
The lightning all around me
I remembered each flash
As time began to blur
Like a startling sign
That fate had finally found me
And your voice was all I heard
That I get what I deserve
So give me reason
To prove me wrong
To wash this memory clean
Let the thoughts cross
The distance in your eyes
Give me reason
To fill this hole
Connect the space between
Let it fill up to reach the truth and lies
Across this new divide
There was nothing inside
The memories left abandoned
There was nowhere to hide
The ashes fell like snow
And the ground caved in
Between where we were standing
And your voice was all I heard
That I get what I deserve
So give me reason
To prove me wrong
To wash this memory clean
Let the thoughts cross
The distance in your eyes
Across this new divide
And every loss and every lie
And every truth that you deny
And each regret and each goodbye
Was a mistake too great to hide
And your voice was all I heard
But I get what I deserve
So give me reason
To prove me wrong
To wash this memory clean
Let the thoughts cross
The distance in your eyes
Give me reason
To fill this hole
Connect the space between
Let it fill up to reach the truth and lies
Across this new divide
Across this new divide
Across this new divide

O yeaaa! It's an update!
Just checked out Paramore's song that will be on their new record. Love it!
And here's the lyrics.
WHERE THE LINES OVERLAP
Give me attention
I need it now
Too much distance
To measure it out
Out loud
Tracing patterns across a personal map
And making pictures where the lines overlap
No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end but oh we already won
No one is as lucky as us
Call me over
Tell me how you got so far
Never making a single sound
I'm not used to it but I can learn
Nothing to it
I've never been happier
No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end but oh we already won
No one is as lucky as us
Now I've got a feeling if I sang this loud enough you would sing it back to me
No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end but oh we already won
No one is as lucky as us
And here's a lil bit on what I've been up to these days. Well yesterday I had my practical exam again..well 6 more times to go. And of course I scored the lowest again. No surprise right? Always the underdog but whatever. As long as I pass I'm good. Well we learned waxing today at school. Didn't manage to give my partner a proper bikini wax (not that she mind at all) cause she can't take the pain _-ll And I just deal with it when she was waxing my bikini line. Whatever. Gonna have theory test tomorrow. Yay me! Only girl in Clara International Wisma Fuuijan whose in English class. Whatever.
XOXO

Green Day - Know Your Enemy
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
Violence is an enemy
Against the enemy
Violence is an energy
Bringing on the fury
The choir infantry
Revolt against the honor to obey
Overthrow the effigy
The vast majority
Burning down the foreman of control
Silence is the enemy
Against your urgency
So rally up the demons of your soul
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
The insurgency will rise
When the bloods been sacrificed
Don't be blinded by the lies
In your eyes
Violence is an energy
From here to eternity
Violence is an energy
Silence is the enemy
So gimme gimme revolution
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
Overthrow the effigy
The vast majority
Burning down the foreman of control
Silence is the enemy
Against your urgency
So rally up the demons of your soul

Hayley Williams from Paramore is a huge Twilight fan and recently talked about her love of the books and the song's title:
"Twilight is the first series of books I've ever read. I didn't get into the Harry Potter series even though I love the movies. Twilight really caught my attention and held it. I'm really excited to see the book adapted to film and excited that our band gets to be a part of the phenomenon. I chose the title "Decode" because the song is about the building tension, awkwardness, anger and confusion between Bella and Edward. Bella's is the only mind Edward can't read and I feel like that's a big part of the first book and one of the obstacles for them to overcome. It's one added tension that makes the story even better." -- Hayley Williams, Paramore - taken from Stephenie Meyer's official website.
